عندما تود أن تعطي إجابة عامة بدون ذكر أرقام محددة فإنه يمكن إستخدام بعض الكلمات مثل:


A few قلة (عدد قليل)
Several بضعة (عدد أكبر)
Quite a few وفرة (عدد وافر)
A lot of كثرة (عدد كثير)
/any/some بعض


Example أمثلة
There are a few people in the room.
There are several people in the room.
There are quite a few people in the room.
There is a lot of water on the road.
Are there any people in the room?
Yes there are some people in the room
No there aren’t.
